Serizzo Formazza

Granitic orthogneiss with coarser grain-size and lighter colour than the Serizzo Antigorio and Sempione. Marked foliation. Mineralogical composition: quartz, K-feldspar (in small porphyroclasts), plagioclase (An 25-30%), biotite and muscovite.
